I need to learn receivers, what frequencies are being used, software, how to channel the signal to my server, read the packets, code a response, transmit it, and wait.
One
So the electromagnetic signal must go everywhere at whatever frequency someone is broadcasting. Which means I can pick it up that signal, just need a receiver, to get the frequency and software to read what is being broadcast. Ham radio. Same idea just put it into digital form to put on a server.
